While we can’t control the outcome of your final inspection(as factors outside of cleaning can be involved), our service is specificallydesigned to meet inspection requirements.
When should I book the end of lease clean?
Ideally, book as soon as you have a confirmed vacatedate. We recommend scheduling the clean for after you’ve fully moved yourbelongings out — this gives us full access to every surface and allows us toclean properly.
Do I need to be present during the clean?
You don’t need to be there, but you’re welcome to be.Many clients prefer to hand over keys and let us complete the clean while they focus on other aspects of moving. We’ll let you know as soon as we’re done.
Do you clean properties of all sizes?
