Do I need to be home when you clean?
Not at all. Many of our regular clients providea key or access code and we let ourselves in and out. We're fully insured and completely trustworthy — you don't need to rearrange your day to be home.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
We'd appreciate it if personal items, toys, or clutterare tidied away before we arrive — this allows us to clean surfaces and floorsproperly. However, we don't expect your house to be perfectly neat. We'recleaners, not judges.
What products do you use?
We bring all products and equipment with us. We usequality, effective cleaning products. If you have allergies or preferences(such as fragrance-free or eco-certified products), please let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How long does a clean take?
Itdepends on the size of your home and how frequently it's been cleaned. Astandard clean of a 3-bedroom home typically takes 2–3 hours. A first clean ordeep clean will take longer as we're bringing everything up to standard from scratch.
Can I get a regular schedule?
Yes — in fact, we recommend it. Regular weeklyor fortnightly cleans are the best way to keep your home consistently clean andfresh. Subscription clients also enjoy priority booking. Ask us about our cleaning subscription options.
